NEW FEATURES & IMPROVEMENTS
🗂️ Filter the Task Board by Collection
Content Items in Engatta can be grouped into one or more Collections—a great way to organize content that shares the same context, such as a campaign or project.
You can now filter the Task Board by Collection, making it easier to see what work is already done—and what still needs your attention.
Each Collection can have a title and a color-coded label for quick recognition.
📌 Status of Required Fields on Content Items, Events, and Tickets
Some fields—like Labels or Content—may be required before an item can move forward.
You’ll now see at a glance whether an item has required fields and whether those are filled in.
✔️ = Done
✱ = Still required
This applies to Content Items, Events, and Tickets.
🏷️ Add Sublabels to Tasks
Ever wonder why a Task is still “In Progress”? Maybe it’s waiting for client feedback.
You can now add Task Labels (a.k.a. sub-labels) to any Task to give it a little extra context.
Labels are optional, can be colour-coded, and you can add more than one to a Task.
UX improvements
Content Auditors can now submit the Ticket Form
Content Auditors are no longer limited to viewing mode — they can now actively submit the Ticket Form when needed
Short date notation added to Related Items
Dates shown in the Related Items section now use a compact, short format, making it easier to scan and compare items at a glance.
Preview of the description on the Ticket overview page
Ticket overview pages now display a short preview of each ticket's description, giving users a quick hint of the ticket’s purpose without needing to open it fully.
Display specific Content Type name instead of generic category
Instead of showing the general label “Content Type” in Related Items, the platform now displays the actual name of the specific content type — offering more context and clarity.
