With Engatta's email notifications, you'll stay in the loop and can immediately act on your tasks or content items, even if you're not logged into the platform. These notifications are a handy and instant way to keep you from missing out on anything important.
To enable or disable email notifications, navigate to the User Menu in the upper right corner.
Don't receive notifications for things assigned to yourself
By clicking the button within the email, you can directly access the specific item, task, or conversation.
Email notifications are optional
Define smart defaults for Types
In Engatta, you have the option to define Labels and Tasks for each Type, such as Content Item, Event, or Ticket. These predefined options become available when you create an Item based on the selected Type, providing a streamlined starting point for new item creation.
In addition to that, you can now assign default values for Labels and designate default assignees for Tasks.
Please note that these default settings can be modified within the item if needed.
The default values are applied to items from the moment they are set as defaults and do not affect items created before this configuration.
UX Improvements & Fixes
We are delighted to introduce a series of enhancements designed to enrich the Engatta user experience:
Design iteration cards on the Calendar and Wall
For smaller screen navigation, users can now scroll through the navigation items while ensuring the More button remains accessible
Link to Ticket Form, directly from the Ticket
Coloured labels in dropdown menus (Collections)
