NEW FEATURES & IMPROVEMENTS

Due Date notation

Engatta users often mentioned that the use of relative time in the interface was overly complicated. That's why we have simplified this by adopting a clear and straightforward notation of day and time.

This practice is implemented in the following locations:

• Cards on the Wall and the Calendar
• Overviews with content items and calendar items

Resend Activation Link

System administrators in Engatta have the ability to create new users. Upon creation, a new user receives a message requesting account activation within five days.

Previously, if the activation period had expired, the user would need to be deleted and recreated, which was an unnecessary task.

To address this, we have expanded the flow by providing an option to send a reactivation link. This allows the newly created user to remain active without the need for additional manual action.

Navigation buttons for Wall Cards

Each card on the Wall is clickable and will display a popup with additional information. We have added a Previous and Next button to facilitate easy browsing through the Cards.

Layout Improvements for Sidebar & Wall Card

Overview sections in Engatta, such as the Calendar and Wall, may appear overwhelming due to the amount of information displayed.

We have reduced the amount of information shown on the Cards and Sidebar, thereby reducing information overload.
