Jun 10, 2024

Collaborative Wall feature for stakeholders, custom event labels, manual metrics for content items, along with various enhancements to user experience.

NEW FEATURES 🆕

Wall view for Stakeholders

  • Engatta users now can share the Wall, customized with specific filters, with stakeholders to monitor content item statuses and track the progress of long-term projects.
  • Stakeholders can view this shared wall even without an Engatta account, in a read-only mode.
  • The shared Wall is designed for easy viewing by stakeholders and does not include the left navigation menu, filter options, or sort functions.
  • When items are opened in a read-only state, they will provide direct links to the published content item, or in the case of drafts, to the shared content item view.
  • External users can leave comments if specified.
  • After creation, Shared Spaces can be easily managed through a dedicated menu.

Custom Labels for Events

  • Labels in Engatta serve as a powerful tool for creating dynamic overviews based on characteristics such as channel, owner, or campaign.
  • Apply custom labels to the event type and utilize these labels in filters across the Calendar, Wall, or Planner.

Manually adding Content Metrics

  • For specific channels like YouTube and LinkedIn, Engatta automatically displays metrics if integration is available. However, without integration options, Engatta users now have the option to manually input metrics for content items
  • Metric options are defined and added to the channel
  • The metrics for a content item can be entered manually for delivered items

UX Improvements

We are excited to introduce a range of improvements designed to enhance the overall user experience:

  • Scroll to now button on the Wall
  • Lists have been updated to be referred to as Labels.
  • Add Lists - both bullets and numbers - in the description area for content items, tasks or events
  • TikTok integration - We are constantly enhancing the integration capabilities of Engatta. In this latest release, we now offer support for importing TikTok posts from a specific channel and tracking the performance metrics of each video
  • We have removed the Content Type column on the content items overview page to provide a more streamlined and organized view.
  • The option to include posts from the past when importing a channel
